My name is Amanda Bedzrah, the founder and CEO of Empower A Woman. I am raising money to enable us give FREE Christmas Gifts to vulnerable women.

The aim is simply to bring hope and joy to women in shelters, refuges, prisons and the homeless.

This is our 4th year of bringing smiles to vulnerable women over the festive season through our free gift giving initiatives in Kent, UK and to widows in Nigeria.

In 2014 we gave 100 gifts, 2015 we gave 623, in 2016 we gave 730 FREE gifts to women in prisons as well as various refuges, shelters, women's organisations and widows in Nigeria.

THIS HAS ONLY BEEN POSSIBLE THROUGH KIND HEARTED DONORS LIKE YOURSELVES.

This year we are hoping to DO MORE. We aim to bring smiles to at least 900 women this Christmas.
