Smile and Chew

Hello Kind Souls, 

I am in need of help in order to save my teeth. It is difficult to ask for help, I feel vulnerable and ashamed that I can’t afford to take care of it myself. I can temper my pride by knowing how good it feels to help others. 

 Since 2016 I have been without insurance due to my occupation as a server and substitute teacher. And years before that I was without insurance due to various reasons. Now I have insurance, but dental work is still very expensive. I have had my first visit and the following is what I need to have done to save my teeth. First, I only have one molar left on each quadrant accept for the bottom left where I have two. If I lose any of the single molars, there is a possibility that my teeth will shift and greatly impact my smile, and make it difficult to chew food. This situation came about because I could not afford to save my other molars with crowns in the past and had them extracted instead. The molar’s I have left need crowns, one possibly needs a root canal, and I need multiple filling. Even with insurance, it will be $3000 - $4000. I have saved $1000 so far. 

I humbly ask for help from my friends, family and strangers so that I am able to keep my teeth and my smile. Any amount helps, many, many thanks.
