Slick Motion Studios

From the moment she was born, my daughter, Emily, has been a performer. As a child, she regularly put on shows in our living room and to this day, has never met a stranger. In middle school, she found a deep love for dance. This passion would turn into a rewarding coaching/choreographing role immediately after high school and throughout college.

Over the last 15 years, Emily has always dreamed of opening a dance studio unlike any other. A studio that focuses on loving the whole student and their family. All while training them as dancers, growing their character, developing their integrity and encouraging them spiritually.

In February 2022, she took the first steps towards opening a “mobile” dance studio, Slick Motion Studios. She has served over 125 students with incredible feedback from parents and students alike. She has been so blessed, but has been unable to provide classes for all the students requesting classes due to a lack of space.

Recently, a building became available, but acquiring funding for the build out has been a challenge. This is where we are humbly asking for your help. She has attempted to get funding through several avenues but none have come to fruition thus far. We know that the amount may seem a bit overwhelming, but we trust that when we step out in faith, we will be met with love and support. Any amount you can give will help make this dream of Emily's a reality and, in turn, will enrich the lives of her current students...and students she has yet to reach!

Funds will be used to build out two dance studios, install dance flooring and mirrors, create a reception area for parents, remodel bathrooms and install an HVAC system.

Additionally, all donors will be honored and commemorated in a special wall display so that we may always remember your generosity and kindness.
