SKYLEVEL IMAGES PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO needs your help! Earlier this year, at the beginning of the pandemic and city lock down, we had our windows smashed and our studio broken into. To make matters worse, someone filled with ignorance decided to write racial slurs on the face of the plywood we used to cover the broken glass. “Stupid N”. It has been a tough time for us all, we’ve been closed for the past 3 months without any other source of income while still having to find funds for lease rent and other bills through this business. This was my first time trying a business and I was blind to all those new city codes and guidelines, I ended up going over budget because I had to do a lot of changes to this location that was of the old city codes. So by the time I was done I didn’t have enough to get an insurance coverage and while I was working towards getting those in place here comes Covid-19 to set us back with this lockdown. I tried reaching out to insurance company before we closed but was told they are not giving out quotes at this time until this is over. I found out about the old codes when I signed the lease agreement and went to get the permit from the city. At that time I was already in and paid first and last rent so I had no back out option.
