Hi everyone!
I have an amazing opportunity to go to the Dominican Republic to do a youth humanitarian tour! I am really excited to work along side some terrific people and learn more about a different culture and way of life! I will be helping get water filtration systems delivered to family's in remote villages, volunteer in a factory employed mostly of women. I will also be helping to make jewelry out of recycled paper to sell, and help contribute to the entrepreneurialship of Dominican women, and last, (what I am most excited about) is interacting with the kids of the Dominican Republic. I will have the opportunity to teach them English and some other things too! I would love all the support and any contributions to help me make this experience possible.
