Second time with bone cancer

As some of you may know, in 2004 when McKala was only 9 years old, she lost her left leg to Osteosarcoma. A huge life changing move, but one that ultimately saved her life, with the help of Chemotherapy. Fast forward 13 years. She's been completely cancer free, put herself through school, got her first job in her area of study as a Veterinary Assistant. April of 2017, McKala started to have pain in her right knee. Her and I pursued standard doctors appointments, and were told everything from muscle deformities, to simply faking the pain to seek out drugs. It wasn't until mid October of the same year, as I lay in bed watching the love of my life rocking back and forth crying in pain, that I forced her to take a midnight trip to the ER. A lucky X-ray revealed a mass on her right femur. "We think your Osteosarcoma has come back". I'll remember that night forever. Being a cancer that has already taken not only her leg, but also her mother, and brother, this was the worst news we could have gotten. McKalas femur wound up snapping only a couple weeks later. Sadly confining her to either bed, or her wheelchair. Surgery was performed to stabilize her leg, and run a biopsy to confirm the precise type of cancer. Those results came back as a Spindle Cell Sarcoma. An extremely rare, and incredibly aggressive form of cancer. In one months time, the tumor in her leg "is growing at a phenomenally high rate, and we can't stress that strongly enough", direct words from both of her specialists. It is now December 16th, and McKala has revived her first round of Chemotherapy. In the midst of all this, we have been in the middle of moving, and working out transportation, as she's unable to ride in most non-wheelchair accessible vehicles, my truck included. Insurance is lucky covering most medical costs, but what we're reaching out for is simply the help in comfortably getting to and from doctors appointments in the form of a vehicle that works for her. Whether that's an ADA van, or a new-to-us car that we know works. As the only income earner, I'm completely tapped between supporting the two of us, rent, bills, costs with medicines not covered by insurance, and getting to and from doctors appointments. Any little bit helps, but all I can ask is that this is please shared as far as it can go. Thank you, and Happy Holidays.
