Skippy’s surgery fund

Donation protected
The owners Kim and Blair Davis red your help. Blair is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces with PTSD. Skippy, Blair’s sidekick, went missing on August 24,2018. On Thursday September 6, 2018 made his way home, apparently he crawled his way home. He was rushed to the Complete Care Animal Hopsital in Lake Echo where they did x-rays where they discovered that he has one broken shoulder, one broken hip, and one broken leg.  They forewarded the x-rays to Dr.Draper an orthopaedic surgeon at Draper veterinary services. After viewing the X-rays Dr.Draper rearranged his schedule to get skippy in for surgery on Friday. Surgery lasted five hours. They put a pin in the shoulder, a plate in the broken leg, and rounded off the broken hip.

Skippy fought so hard to live dragging himself over ten days that his family felt that there was no other choice but to do surgery, as he is only a year and a half old. The surgeons prognoisies is for a full recovery and he will be able to go back to being the great mouser in their barn that he was.

Im asking if anyone can help this family with this miraculous surgery as they consistently give their time to service veterans looking for help. If the fundraiser collects more then their veterinary costs a spcial fund will be set up for anything above and beyond the target to help other furries that require surgery. The fund will be available to clients of both the Complete Care Animal hospital and the Draper Veterinary services center .
