<div>Three years ago, he had a bad accident, falling off his scooter and sustaining severe injuries to his leg, with a large amount of skin and flesh coming off. The road to recovery has been slow with problems of fighting infection,  compounded by his challenging financial situation, which has made it difficult for him to afford the treatment he needs.
