<div>A few years ago, my former spouse and I separated. Since then, co-parenting has come with serious challenges. Unfortunately, during our initial custody case, the full truth didn’t come to light, and primary custody was awarded to their mother.

<div>Over time, I’ve gathered credible evidence — including heartbreaking accounts from my children — that they are being physically and emotionally abused in their current living situation. As a father, nothing is more important to me than their safety and well-being. I’m doing everything I can to fight for them, but I’ve reached a point where I can’t do it alone.

<div>Legal representation is essential to reopen the case and bring this evidence before the court — but the financial burden is overwhelming. I’m asking for help so I can hire an attorney and give my kids the safe, loving environment they deserve.
