Surgery for my puppy

I have a six month old dogo argetino took her to the vet already they did an operation already it been a month already still getting worse, she was with the vet for 2 weeks it was getting to expensive for me so had to pull her from the vet but now she’s back at the vet for another surgery because it getting worse. And it's too expensive. I don't have the money right now It’s really getting pricey for me I can’t afford her no more it’s would really hurt me to lose her that’s why I’m seeking for help
