Cancer Treatment for Dad

Cancer really is the worst, and our Dad is the best.
His first name is Loyal for goodness sakes :)
As any family would, we are doing everything we can to help him get better. He has a very rare form of Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma. He is battling it for the second time. He has lost 60+ pounds, but is now starting to gain his weight back. "A little too much" he jokes, but he definitely needs to gain more. This is not curable, but treatable.
With all the treatments and medications, the bills are of course, not cheap. So this Go Fund Me is to help raise money for something insurance doesn't cover in Minnesota. He would like to get his medical marijuana card. He's never been into weed, but has always remained pretty neutral about it. My brother asked him to try some when he was really struggling with the effects of chemo. That day he was in too much pain to sleep, and couldn't eat due to nausea. After a couple tiny puffs, he got hungry, cleaned his plate, then asked for desert and ended up sleeping like a baby that night.
There is litterally nothing else that helps more to get him through rough times like that. It truly helps him with appetite and pain. He's got neuropathy issues and gets horrible pain in his feet. So we would like to get him medical grade CBD capsules and cream because it gets rid of his pain. It is a minimum of $500 just to acquire the license. Then there is the cost of CBD capsules and of course the magic flowers that reverse his nausea and discomfort.

I never thought I'd be making a Go Fund Me page for something like this, but with money already stretched so far, any donations will absolutely make a world of difference to this great man's daily life. We just want to get him happy and healthy again. Much love to you all. The Reed Family.
