This year marks 10 years since Seáns passing on the 30th December. Please note the change of date to Sunday 28th December.

So once again we are fundraising for the Ionad Pobail Dhún Lúiche which will help support the upkeep and any needs within our community throughout the year.

As it was a place close to Dad's heart it's important to keep supporting it and the community he loved so much ❤️

Anyone who can't make it but would like to donate please send via gofund me or you can revolut to revolut.me/dunluiche

This year for the Seán O Dónaills Memorial walk it will be starting from Ionad Pobail Dhún Lúiche and bused to Fawnaboy(Fána Bhuí) and walk back to the Ionad for refreshments. This is an approximate 7.5k walk. Thanks to Patrick Gallagher Coaches for the bus.

Alternatively you can walk to Glentornan and back to the Ionad.

When: Sunday 28th December 2025

Time: Registration from 11am with walk starting at 11.30am

Refreshments and chats afterwards with thanks to our local Mrs Doyles and An Chúirt Hotel.

Anyone wanting to do their own walks/hikes in his memory anytime can do so too ☺️

There will be donations buckets locally too.

Thanks in advance on your support as always
