Siobhans Rac e Night
Donation protected
Our daughter Siobhan is 15 years old and has Cystic Fibrosis. Over the years her lungs became more and more clogged up with sticky mucus and eventually her lung function dropped to less than 15%. Siobhan was moved to the RVI hospital from Temple street CUH to await a life saving transplant. She spent a number of weeks here until thankfully she had a successful double lung transplant in the Freeman Hospital on Aug 11th 2017. Siobhan remained in Newcastle for another number of weeks before returning to her home. We are in such gratitude to her donor family for their bravery in making such a brave decision that has changed Siobhans life. We have decided that we would like to run a fundraiser to raise money for the three charities that have supported us through this process now and in the many years before now. We are so grateful for everybodies generousity and overwhelmed by their support. A charity Racenight will run in conjunction on march 9th to support this. To each and every one, we say thanks.
