unemployed mom with a broken leg. Need help

My friend is a 37 year old single mom living in Jamaica. I have known her for 15yrs. She is presently unemployed. She has been searching for a job for over three months and have not received any feedback...five days ago she was riding a bicycle and fell off and broke her foot in three places..she is due for surgery soon but does not have any funds to support that or her daughter..she is in constant pain and has no friends or family support...her daughter is 10yrs old and tries her best to help her around the house...she genuinely needs your help. I am trying my best to see how much i can help her but it's not enough. She hopes to return the favour to someone in need in the future. Thank you so much in advance....
