Single mom of 3 ill Sphynx kittens

My kitties unexpectedly caught a bacterial infection that has compromised their health quite immensely. First sign of infection I took the necessary steps to get them tested, treated with antibiotics, and fluids. Since they have needed extra care, and hospitalization for additional support including IV nutrition, glucose, anti-nausea, and more antibiotics. I have been able to take two of the kittens home, but they are slowly regressing, and one, Bentley, has needed to stay in the hospital to recieve extra medical support by a medical team.
Each night is approximately $1000./night to recieve the medical support and 24/7 on call vital checks., and medicine, etc. Bentley is likely needing to spend a minimium of another 2 - 3 additonal nights. The vet tells me he just needs more time, but also is in need of the medical care that I am unable to give him at home. The other two had another vet visit this morning, and was sent home with additonal meds. I'm hoping they don't need to go back, however with their slight regression it is very possible. This has tapped my financial resources.
This is happening as we speak, therefore immediate funds would be incredibly helpful otherwise I would be unable to provide the medical care (administrating IV, glucose, and vital checks, etc.) that they need at this time, otherwise I would only be able to do what I can from home which is basically love, frequent feedings, (which they tend to have no appetite) and the continuation of antibiotics, but unfortuantely that has not been enough.
Due to their age (9 weeks) their immune system is very weak, every day matters... they decline incredibly quickly. As being their sole owner & care-taker, and a single mom with children at home, I am unable to do this alone. Your help would be greatly appreciated. We dont know the future, as their mom I am utilizing every tool to give them the best future possible. I'm asking for help from family and friends. ANYTHING will help.
