Single mom and child car accident New Years Day

I am a single mom to the most wonderful 7 year old daughter. Friday January 1,2021 we were on ourway home from family’s house when we Hit black ice coming down that first hill on 39 coming from arcade. Fishtailed a bunch then smacked the guard rail. I know thispast year has been tough on everyone but I’m asking if anyone can do anything to help it would be greatly appreciated. I only had liability on the car and I’m not sure if it’s totaled. But either way the funds would go towards either fixing this current car or purchasing a new safer vehicle for me and my child. Any help is appreciated and/ or if you can share my story incase Others can help. I’d appreciate it. Thank you in advance
