single father with burnt hands caring for 2 boys

My 8 yr old caught the house on fire and even though my hands got 2nd and 3rd degree burns rom the fire I still managed to get the fire out and were all safe but we lost a couch and curtains and melted the window as well . The truck payment is due and so is the rent and my phone which I need to keep active for dr and my son to call. Im a single dad and unable to return to work because of my burns but me and my biys need help please help us please
