DJ Stevie D Surgery Single father

I have been in two car accidents within one year of each other ( neither one of them my fault) and have been limited to the work that I can perform ( Chef/ DJ ) thus I have not been making the money that I normally make to survive. I also have been out of work completely for the last 2 months due to herniated disc surgery that I had performed on my lower back March 7th. I have had nothing but complications since then including leaking spinal fluid. I have been to the emergency room three times in two months. The last time I went to the emergency room was because I blackedout and smack my face on the ground as I was trying to get my meds from Walgreens. In addition, my surgeon wants to put me back in surgery which will keep me out of work for at least 4 months. If I choose to go back to surgery I will lose my apartment, lose my car, lose my car insurance, my cell phone, and I have a 13 year old son to support as a single father. I am a man who has a lot of Pride and would never attempt to raise funds this way if it wasn't absolutely necessary.
