Single Father, fighting to keep daughter

My name is Christian Sanfilippo, i am a 25 year old father living in Sacramento California.
The above picture is our 5 year old daughter Jamie Sanfilippo and her kitten butter, that she just got.
Unfortunately it is very difficult for me to articulate this story to convey my call of need, so i will tell this story as well as i can so that hopefully the person behind this screen can see my difficulties. You simply reading any part of this story means the world to me regardless if you can help.
On Saturday, September 26th while i was working i received a text from the mother who lived with me and our daughter stating that, Her and our daughter were fleeing to the state of idaho.
When i arrived at the house, absolutely everything was gone aside from my own possessions, the mother had packed the entire house, the cat, and all of jamie's possessions and put them in her boyfriends truck. She did not allow me the chance to even say goodbye to my daughter, to hug her, or even see her face. I left for work thinking i would see my daughter when i return.
Her boyfriend whom she has only seen for 2 weeks in person to my knowledge came and picked up the mother and our daughter.
After contacting the sheriff's office and being educated on my options of returning my daughter to her home, i got in contact with my family attorney Jennifer andrews.
She informed me of my options regarding the custody, and the fact that the mother has broken several laws in taking our daughter out of state without my consent or notice.
With the mother taking our beautiful daughter out of state to move in an environment that isn't her home, only having her possessions with her in a transitional home, i am seeking the aid of any who can help so that i have a chance to pay for the fee's attached to hiring a family attorney who fully understands the situation and ensures that my daughter is given the most fair and equal chance at having both her family and the home she deserves.
We moved into a beautiful apartment just a few months ago, and with everyone struggling to have a sense of security, our daughter had absolutely everything she needed here in Sacramento. She was well fed, had her own play area, all of her friends and even some family within an hour drive at her fingertips.
Jamie's mother and i didn't see eye to eye on a great deal of things as we grew together, however we always ensured that jamie had as good as she can have, and moving forward that goal will always stay with me, however at this time the mother has stripped me of my right to see my daughter with no custody order in place. She is willingly
Impeding the ability of our own daughter to have her father in life by denying me the ability to set a custody order in place.
She was only concerned with her own agenda, and her own security.
Our 5 year old daughter is currently living in a transitional home for the disabled with no form of income, no insurance, no government assistance or school until the mother decides to enroll her, none of the mothers family was notified or even informed of her decision to move out of the state, and i can only express that the inability of the mother to plan, and notify those around her, without any assistance other than her boyfriend who is unemployed to last knowledge shows how reckless she is, and i can only hope that my daughter is not understanding what is going on around her.
My goal with this money, or any money is to set in place a custody order that ensures that the mother and i both have equal opportunity to be there for our daughter and returning her to the home she knows, based off the mothers actions and her disregard to doing things methodically and orderly, i will fight for full custody of our daughter with open visitation for my daughter to have her mother whenever she wants as long as our daughters stability is not ever jeopardized again.
I will be completely open to reconditioning this custody when the mother finds the stability that our daughter deserves.
I am doing everything in my ability in the meantime to ensure that my daughter is safe, has everything she needs, and has a way to talk to me whenever she wants.
