Single Dad with Sick Little Girl

A great friend, who I worked with at BOCES many years ago, is in need of our help. Due to the sensitive nature of his situation, he has asked to remain anonymous; however, he has a very sick child who is being treated at an out of state facility. He has taken a leave of absence from his position and is staying in a hotel close by so that he can see his daughter every day. Please help him offset the expenses of living away from home.

Here is His story:

Due to a serious medical condition with my 11 year old daughter, she will be staying at Princeton Medical Center in Princeton, NJ for at least the next 30 days. Thanks to my health insurance, all of her medical bills will be covered at 100%. However, this does not cover housing and food for myself. While on a waiting list for the Ronald McDonald House, I am staying at a hotel near the hospital until she is released. I am thankful to spend time with her every day, as this is her only comfort right now.
