Simon Mbuthia Mthinji Memorial Fund

My name is Isaac Macharia and I have set up this memorial fund for Simon Mbuthia. Simon was my roommate and closest friend. We have lived together in almost every country we have stayed and we have run together professionally for many years. Simon has been like a brother to me. On September 25, our dear friend and brother Simon Mbuthia was involved in an accident while driving in Wyoming. The truck he was driving rolled over and unfortunately he passed away. We are organizing together to send our brother home to be laid to rest by his family in Nanyuki, Kenya. The bill to complete the process of preparing and sending him home is about 15 thousand dollars plus the additional cost of burial in Kenya. Let us remember Simon and his family during this time of sorrow. Simon's mother also lost a brother the same day of Simon's passing. Please join hands in helping to relieve the financial stress during this difficult time. The funds raised will be used for funeral related expenses here in the US, it will cover the cost of sending Simon home to Kenya and pay for his burial aside his family in Kenya. Any remaining funds will be sent to Simon’s mother to assist with the care of Simon’s son. Thank you for your support.
