I'm Tia Huddleston and I live in Plano, TX. I'm raising money for Stefany Simmons (my daughter) and her husband Shawn and children Gracie and Bill. They live in Rockport, TX and their home was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.
This Go Fund Me account is raising money to help with replacing clothing, living expenses, furniture, appliances and what insurance doesn't cover on rebuilding their home and as soon as GFM removes the hold on these funds, donations raised through this account will go directly to Stefany and her family.
Thank you again to everyone who's donated money, replacement items, food or anything else! We especially want to thank you for prayers and support. It's been a long 2 months and there's still a very long way to go for everyone Hurricane Harvey touched!

As most of you know, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in the small coastal town of Rockport, TX causing devestation throughout the area.
Praise the Lord our daughter Stefany and her family were able to evacuate before the storm hit, they are safe. On Wed they were allowed into their neighborhood and saw their home for the first time. It was still standing but that's about it.
There is a huge amout of "demoing" and clean-up to be done so they are not rebuilding just yet; however, that day will come and hopefully sooner than later! Your donation will provide them the relief they need - assistance while they salvage what they can, remove debris from their home and try to secure their home from additional damage (more storms or possible looting). They don't even have a shovel or hammer!
No one ever knows when to expect assistance from FEMA or an insurance company so we hope to get funds to them as soon as possible.
Lastly, thoughts and prayers are appreciated as well as monetary donations of any amount, nothing is too small!!
