Our dear Silvia Mehl devoted over 30 years to education and over 22 years to Santa Ana Unified. She recently retired from SAUSD and her friends and colleagues were overcome with great sadness upon hearing of her passing. Silvia had a true passion for education and for learning. Silvia held a special place in our students, families and staff hearts.
To honor her memory and knowing how important education and providing her students with incredible learning experiences, her family has asked that donations be made to Madison Elementary School. Funds raised will be utilized for educational materials, and field trips for students at Madison.
Thank you for your donation. Your donation will be in honor of Silvia and will help to provide real life, engaging, learning opportuinities for children.
The memorial service for Silvia will be held August 18th at 10:30 at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest.
