My name is Ben Jones, and I’m raising funds for my senior film project, Silent Bloom. Alongside my talented team, I was inspired by the world of The Last of Us to create a post-apocalyptic story set in a ruined America. We wanted to build a world that’s both haunting and beautiful, where every frame tells a story of survival and hope.

Silent Bloom follows Jo, a young woman who becomes infected with IRV—a deadly strain of Poison Ivy that claims its victims within days. Forced to leave her home in Chicago, Jo embarks on a desperate journey across the country to Albuquerque, New Mexico, chasing rumors of a life-saving vaccine. But when she finally arrives, she discovers that not everything is as it seems, and her fight for survival takes an unexpected turn.

Bringing this vision to life is a true labor of love. The funds raised will go directly toward paying our dedicated actors and crew, as well as supporting production design so that Silent Bloom can look and feel as professional as possible. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us tell this story with the care and quality it deserves.
