Signs’ Girls Belize Mission trip

Dearest Friends and Family,
We are writing to share an exciting opportunity that is coming up this summer. We have been invited to join R U Red E? Ministries to go on a missions trip to Punta Gorda, Belize. R U Red E? Ministries has been serving since 1991 in children’s ministries and building projects. We plan to leave on July 12 and return on July 20. In Belize, we will be ministering to local children by offering Vacation Bible Schools in surrounding villages. We will also be assisting a local church in an ongoing building project.
In order for us to attend, we each need to raise $1850. We have planned a variety of fundraisers including dinners, paint nights, car washes, and a craft sale. Please keep an eye out for these upcoming events and attend if you are able. Also, we, as missionaries, have to face the humility of asking for support. So, we ask, would you please be willing to sponsor us this year?
We also know that none of this is possible without God. So, in addition to any financial help that you may be able to give, we are asking you to extend prayers for us. We ask for prayer :
That God would use us to share the hope and love of Jesus Christ.
That God would use us to comfort the poor.
That the local church will be encouraged by our help.
That God would protect our team from harm, danger, sickness or disease, during the flight down, while we are there and as we return to Cape Cod.
Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. We realize that we are so blessed to be surrounded by such supportive and encouraging friends and family. We have each shared a few individual thoughts on the back of this page.
