Dear friends and supporters of Sights on Health,
THANK YOU to all of those who have donated thus far in support of raising funds to provide much needed medical supplies to the Ukrainian people… $27,925.00 has been raised in only one week!
Sights on Health will donate these funds to Project HOPE to purchase & send Interagency Emergency Health Kits (IEHKs) to the Ukrainian people. These (IEHKs) are designed to meet the initial primary health care needs of displaced populations in areas with no access to medical facilities. Medicines and equipment include oral medicines, topical medicines, medical supplies, and medical devices. Each kit will support the emergency medical needs of approximately 10,000 people for three months. Each IEHK costs $8,000.
As of now Sights on Health is able to provide funding for (4) Interagency Emergency Health Kits which will provide medical support to 40,000 Ukrainians for 3 months.
Please consider supporting our Sights on Health team members as they cycle 42 miles through the 5 boroughs of NYC on May 1st for the Ukrainian people’s plight…any donation will help to make an impact & 100% of the proceeds will be donated.
