More information about Hilltop Neighborhood House: Hilltop's early childhood education program provides full-time, year-round care and education to children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Hilltop Too - Walt's Place is our After School Program for children from the hilltop neighborhood. The Hilltop Food Pantry is a neighborhood food pantry that serves approximately 600 individuals a month, year round.
