Congress of Science and Technology

My name is Sidney Hayes Hill and I have been nominated for the National Academy of future scientists and technologists award of excellence.   I have been invited to attend the Congress of future science and technology leader’s conference. I am a freshman at my high school this year and will attend the conference as not only a delegate representing my school, but also the state of Arizona. The reason I was nominated for this award, is because I am a 4.0 student, and involved in several extra-curricular, school based activities.  I am in my High School's honors program, marching band color guard, Academic Decathlon,  academic honors club, and in myschools  AFJRTOC program.  It is important to me to attend this science and technology conference because I want to get my doctorate in marine biology. This conference will not only educate me on the process, but also up my academic profile. At this conference I will meeting many Deans of universities, Nobel Prize winners, national medal of science winners, many other amazing mentors, as well as peers that share my interest.
