Sick Puppies in Costa Rica

Hi my name is Hanna and I live in Costa Rica where I am starting a shark conservation non-profit. We have a huge problem in our town with homeless dogs in bad health. Even though it’s not exactly our area of focus, we believe all animals need to be saved! 

We picked up our first two sick puppies and their mother on 9.19.18 around the corner from our old house. They were crawling with fleas and covered in a fungus that is causing their fur and skin to peel off, in some places deep enough to leave open sores. They are currently in our care and doing much better!

There are virtually no resources in our area for rescuing dogs and the one’s that do exist in the country have their hands full! We desperately need help raising funds for vet visits, food, medicines and supplies! My boyfriend and I have already rescued and adopted 7 dogs and we cannot afford to support any more animals by ourselves. 

I know there are so many good causes out there to donate to but please help us get supplies to help more street dogs!! Every little bit helps!!
