Shugyo Dojo needs a new roof

Dan may kill me for doing this, but the barn badly needs a new roof, or we may not have a place to train soon. The roof is actually so old that, in fact, it is older than I am. Its time in the sun is coming to an end. (Quite literally, winter is coming.)

The cost here may be an underestimate. There are significant leaks in the roof.  The full extent of any water damage underneath and repair needed thereof may not be known till they start pulling up roof tiles. And if we chip in a bit extra, we may be able to prevent Dan from getting up on the roof, trying to do it himself, and falling off of it... again.

FYI: Shugyo Dojo is a non-profit martial arts community in Spencer, Massachusetts run by Dan Harden, whom this fundraiser is organized for. It does not generate revenues and already operates at a cost to Dan who provides the dojo for us all, so fixing the roof of the dojo represents a significant additional direct cost to Dan.
