Shralp For Ben

This year we lost Ben Raemers to suicide. This has been a devastating blow to me and many others. Since this has happened I have felt I've wanted to do something positive in order to focus my energy, thoughts and to honour Ben.
This is where the idea 'Shralp For Ben' has come from. The plan is to cycle from Vancouver, Canada to San Francisco. Along the way I will be stopping at as many different skate spots/parks as I can and do a frontside/backside truck grind (Shralp) on different bowls, quarter pipes etc. I will start this journey on the 15/08/2019.
By doing this I hope to raise money to donate to a new charity that the Reamer's family are in the process of starting 'The Ben Raemer's Foundation'. All the money raised will go to this charity.
I also hope to raise awareness of mental health amongst people I meet along the way and anyone involved in this process. Just trying to get people behind the idea of talking and thinking about their own mental health and others.
