On the 4th of May, 2018, Dorothy Skea, the absolutely gorgeous woman you see in this photo, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Dot is, and always has been a hard working, loving and considerate woman, she is a dedicated mother and grandmother and at 63, is the full-time carer for her 75 year old husband.
The odds for her kicking this cancer in the butt are good, however, we can all imagine the toll the sickness, surgery (23rd May, 2018), recovery and treatment will have on her - physically, emotionally and financially.
Dot and her husband, have a mortgage to pay, with everyday living expenses, plus all the extras that come with having cancer, the next 3-4 months are going to be particularly challenging - one thing we can do to help them get through, is contribute just a couple of dollars. Any spare change, when combined together, will make a huge difference to the life of a woman who would and does, give anything to help those around her.
