Shoulder Fracture Recovery

I'm in a situation... 4 weeks ago I fractured my shoulder girdle and dislocated my arm from the socket in a work-related injury. My doctor informed me that I need a shoulder replacement due to the severity of the injury. I'm trying to navigate through an amount of co-pays/self pays related to on call MRI's/EMG's and referrals and I can't move forward medically without payment. I went on a small job today (I operate a small landscaping business) and injured myself further.

I calculated what would get me through the next month with medical expenses. This is so I can do the doctors, acquire more sedentary employment and not lose my rental. It's been a trying month. If you can help it would be appreciated. This is not what I prefer to do but I don't have a choice at this point I've exhausted my other options. It's not lack of effort that got me in this spot I'm just attempting to get out of it
