Summary….
Yesterday, Adolfo the 2-year-old Doberman was shot in the throat in a tragic misunderstanding. This sweet, goofy boy now urgently needs life-saving surgery. His family can’t afford the costs—please help us give Adolfo the chance to heal and keep spreading his love.
Adolfo is a goofy, lovable 2-year-old Doberman Pinscher who has always been more of a lap dog than a guard dog. He’s the kind of pup who greets everyone with a wagging tail and big, sloppy kisses. Unfortunately, because of his breed and a heartbreaking misunderstanding, Adolfo’s life is now hanging in the balance.
Yesterday, Adolfo was shot in the throat by a neighbor who feared he was chasing cows. The truth is—he wasn’t. Adolfo is not aggressive. He’s silly, affectionate, and happiest when he’s leaning into someone for pets. But that one moment of panic left him with a devastating injury. The bullet passed through his neck, and he now desperately needs surgery to survive.
His family loves him deeply but simply cannot afford the urgent veterinary care that could save his life. Without help, Adolfo won’t get the chance he deserves—to heal, to keep being the sweet goofball that lights up every room, and to continue giving his unconditional love to everyone he meets.
We’re asking for your help to raise funds so Adolfo can get the surgery and medical treatment he so desperately needs. Every donation, no matter the size, brings him one step closer to safety, healing, and a happy future.
Adolfo has so much love left to give, and he deserves the chance to keep living his joyful, goofy life. Please consider donating and sharing his story to help us save him.
❤️ Thank you for being part of Adolfo’s fight for life.
