Shorty needs a miracle!!

I know I ask for a lot, but this one is critical. This is our outreach dog, Shorty. We noticed today that he wasn’t acting like himself. Lethargic, white gums, not eating, and coughing. ER vet visit confirmed what we feared; HW positive, enlarged heart, and murmur. Vet said start doxy and in 60 days start treatment or euthanize. This boy is only 3 years old. He truly deserves to get well and have a happy indoor life; and his owner is willing to surrender. We need a rescue to step up for this sweet, silly boy. We have 24 hours to find placement.
