Shoes for Pre-School Students

Would you please help us help pre-schoolers affected by Hurricane Harvey and donate to our campaign?
In an effort to help people affected by Hurricane Harvey, the LexFUN PTA raised $800 towards the purchase of new shoes for 150 pre-K students attending Cravens Early Childhood Academy, located in Houston.
The generosity of the LexFun families has brought us closer to that goal. We have purchased 53 gift cards.
Time is of the essence now, so we'd like to finish our fundraising campaign in approximately 48 hours. Our hope is to have 150 gift cards in the Principal's office by Friday morning. That means we need to raise $1500 by Thursday afternoon (10/5/17). PS: gofundme charges a 5% platform fee. We'd be grateful if you can include that in your gift.
We know there are so many people in need due to the natural disasters and, horrifically, one man made, in the past few weeks. We understand you may be stretched. But we also know that the Mavens rally and we need you to do just that now.
We appreciate whatever you can afford, it be $5.00 or $500.00.
