Joe's house and medical and buiness

Hair of the pup was started myself about three years ago here in Sun city center Fl. We are in a 55+ community. I groom dogs, and charge less than the other dog groomers in the area. I do this because I feel that some of the older people in Sun city center get ripped-off for grooming fees.
     My medical problems started to get bad around the first of October when I had foot surgery for bone spurs, after which my foot became infected with Mrsa. After a few weeks of in home antibiotics, during November the infection went into the bone. 
My large toe was removed first of December. being told to stay off my foot and more antibiotics for eight to twelve weeks, I have only been able to groom a couple of dogs while  sitting.

    We have rented the house we are in for the past three and a half years, with intention of buying. Our landlord had been ill with cancer the past four months, He passed a few weeks ago. The new owner, his daughter wants us out of here very soon. we have gotten notice from her lawyer. She does not want to be a landlord and wants to sell the house, she is living in Ohio. With me not being able to work money is thight.

We are going to have to rent again till finances are in place to buy. We need 2/2 and a large laundry area to groom. I feel real bad for my customers who had to go else where during the Christmas season. Most have elected to wait till I get back on my feet. We are going to need money to move and other cost with it.
