"Bring the Shipley to Shore Nature Trail to Life!"

Tax deductible
The Shipley to Shore Nature Trail provides us a rare opportunity in Southern California: to create a trail where visitors can enjoy fresh air and exercise in spectacular surroundings! The non-profit Huntington Beach Tree Society (HBTS) needs your support to complete the mid-section of this three-mile nature trail.

With your help, visitors will be able venture through a California Oak grove, a butterfly meadow and a hummingbird forest. Climbing logs and other natural wonders are being added for children to explore. We're currently adding boulders on the shoulders – a great place to take a load off and enjoy the view as you make your way to and from the Pacific Ocean.

Donations will be used exclusively for the trail:

• 100+ Trees (CA-friendly)

• 1,000+ Plants (drought-tolerant, bird/butterfly-friendly)

• 12+ Boulders for resting stops

• Tree stakes, fertilizer, compost, etc.

Donations will be matched with in-kind contributions of manual labor. Contributions make possible trail development by local Scouting troops, high school students who can receive service hours, and HBTS volunteers.

Thank you in advance for your “tree-rific” gift of any size – it will continue to grow!
