Mission Trip & School in South Africa & Israel

Last year I quit my job so I could start my own non profit organization to fight sex trafficking on an international level. Back in May the door opened for me to come to Cambodia and do sex trafficking work here with Iris Cambodia. So far it has been a dream come true!
Our work involves going to dark places to encourage girls and women to come out of the sex industry. We go to slums and poor areas where children have nothing and are at risk of being trafficked. I have also helped start a baby home for babies that are abandoned and often trafficked for organ harvest. I absolutely love the work I do here in Cambodia but it has been challenging in its ways. As Cambodia is a third world country and all of the work I do is on a volunteer basis so I do not get paid financially.
Iris Cambodia is part of a global ministry called Iris Global. And I am so excited to be considered an Iris Missionary here. To be considered a long-term missionary most missionaries need to attend Harvest School that is held in Africa. So this October I am going on a 8 week traveling mission school to be trained. The school is all about learning how to be the best missionary in the darkest and hardest places on earth.
We will be traveling in South Africa, Mozambique and Israel where do ministry among children and the poorest of the poor, both in towns and in the remote villages in Africa. We will have the opportunity to participate in hospitals, prisons, local villages and the garbage dumps.
I leave on October 5th and the funds raised will go toward the tuition for school, the flights, visas, housing, food, books for school, medical shots, insurance for the trip.
Most of the funds still need to be raised. I want to ask for your prayers and for your financial support if you feel led to donate. I am so excited to get to love on people in need and welcome you in on the journey. Your support will mean so much!
