On Thursday, December 6, 2018 Shimadzu Scientific Instruments Inc. (SSI), unexpectedly lost a member of our SSI Family, Mr. Robert Tozer.  Bob was a Field Service Engineer in our south central region (SCN) for the last seven years.  His friendship, years of service knowledge, integrity and smiling face will be missed. 

Bob’s tragic passing at such an early age has been shocking for all of  us at SSI, his coworkers and friends.  We can't imagine how rough this period of time is for his family and friends, especially during the holiday season. 

It is with our deepest sympathy and condolences to Bob's family, that SSI strives to lessen the financial burden his unexpected passing leaves. Average funeral expense in the United States is listed around $10,000. It is our hope to raise enough money to cover this unexpected expense for Bob’s family and eliminate this burden.
