My sweet pup Maui has had a tough run recently — three surgeries in a short time, each one necessary, and each one hard on her (and me). She’s is fighting, still full of love and tail wags, but the medical bills have added up quickly. Right now, they’re sitting in the high double digits, and I'm doing everything I can to manage. She is currently at the Emergency Vet in Mississauga.

If you know me, you know how much she means to me. She’s more than a pet — she’s my heart, my shadow, my daily dose of joy.

I never ask for help, but this time, I could really use it. If you’re able to give anything — even just a little — it would go straight toward her medical bills. And if you’re not in a place to donate, sharing this with others or just sending some kind thoughts her way would mean just as much.
