Due to impact of Corona Virus, sourcing food items within shops and supermarkets has become an issue for the residents of Sherwood.
Many people are unable to obtain basic foods such as bread, pasta and vegetables to ensure healthy wellbeing.
However, the people of Sherwood are willing to come together to use an outdoor open exchange where they can drop off and donate food they don't need- and also pick up foods they require.
To keep our site hygienic and safe to use, we desperately require funds to buy hand sanitizer, plastic and rubber protective gloves, refuse sacks, cleaning fluids and many other items required by our communities such as food and also toilet rolls, soap and sanitary items.
We also require money to help us with marketing costs and money to ensure we supply sufficient signage to protect the health and safety of our exchange visitors.
We would welcome any contribution to help us stand together and help each other as a community whether large or small.
