For Sherry Ta

Dear Family, Friends, and Helpful Strangers,
I want to inform some news on behalf of our best friend, Amy, and the Ta family. Amy's 3rd sister, Sherry, passed away on the morning of 9/6/2018 in her home in Stockton, CA. Sherry had been struggling with a mental illness and was non-compliant with medications. The struggles have ended for Sherry at the age of 28. Sherry was the most thoughtful and funniest sister and daughter. The Ta family misses her dearly and is very heartbroken from this sudden loss.
A memorial service may be held in the future should the Ta family decide to have one. Sherry's body is donated to science to contribute to research and the remains will be cremated and returned to the Ta family in several weeks.
The love and support the Ta family has received thus far has been incredible. They are extremely grateful and cannot thank you enough. The Ta family only ask to please help decrease the stigma of mental illness in society. It should not be something to be ashamed about or one should not need to hide it.
The entire proceeds from your generosity will go towards Sherry's final resting place and science research on behalf of Sherry and the Ta family.
