Sherry Burke Funeral Expenses

On July 31 2020, we unexpectedly lost our mother, Sherry Burke, to Adenocarcinoma.  Unfortunately, because it was so sudden, no funds were set aside to help pay for her funerary needs, and the costs are putting a strain on our family, as currently my sister Noelie and I (her son, Josh) are the sole financiers of the process.  This fundraiser is just to cover the costs of her final preparations, as she detailed before her death that she didn't want a memorial service.

Prior to the cancer which took her from us so suddenly, Sherry had spent the majority of the last ten years in and out of hospital.  From a perforated bowel, to massive systemic infections, she weathered all of it, and continued to work as a travel agent nearly up until the final illness.  She will be fondly remembered by myself, my sister, and many of the friends and clients that she loved all the way until the end.
