Sheri's Brain Aneurysm Surgeries

On March 8, 2018 our family was hit with a heart wrenching event.  My sister-in-law (also one of my dearest friends of 30+ years), Sheri (Kamoe) Tong suffered a serious brain aneurysm. My brother Shy got a call from Sheri to come upstairs to their place immediately.  He found her laying on the couch with her eyes open & not blinking, unable to move any part of her body, and saying her head feels like it was going to explode.  He began to carry her out of their home when she became unresponsive.  He put her down and called 911.  Emergency services arrived within five minutes.  She was still unresponsive so they put a breathing tube in her.  They rushed her to the Emergency Room where they did a CT scan and discovered the aneurysm. Sheri was rushed into surgery and put in an induced coma.  Since that day my Big T had another surgery and is still in ICU.  She may be in ICU for several more weeks.   Thanks to the help of family we were able to get her son, Blaze back home from UNLV to be at her side.   Blaze is in his last semester before graduating, so he is doing his classes online while being strong for his mom. Please, we are in urgent help to raise money for the ever growing medical bills, especially with student loans soon approaching when Blaze graduates this May.  Your contribution/donation (kokua) will be used to pay Sheri's medical expenses that are increasing daily. Being respectful for their privacy I waited to share this with others, but I believe in the Aloha Spirit and that you all will share your 'thoughts and prayers', but also help (kokua) to our campaign goals.
