Supplies for Road Home Families UT

Donation protected

Volunteering at the Road Home in Midvale has been a wonderful experience. The Midvale Road Home location is where many homeless families reside.  According to the Road Home, they "have helped serve, last year, 764 families comprised of 2,679 individuals, 1,150 of which are children."  Many of Utah's homeless families have passed through the Midvale, Utah location.  There are hundreds that are currently staying at the Midvale Shelter, and with that - a lot of immediate needs.

One thing that patrons of the Road Home need is more personal hygiene items: like diapers, feminine products, wipes, toiletries, etc.  For example, in the diaper category, the Road Home has a huge need for diapers sizes from 4-6.   These families could really use your donation this holiday season. What is really rewarding about donating is the many women, and especially children, that will be helped by having more of these products on hand.

The goal is to raise $2000.   My hope is that it can be raised in the next two weeks.  Even better would be to deliver all this to the Road Home before Thanksgiving. 100% of the money raised will go to buy these items to be delivered at the Road Home in Midvale.  I will post our experience online when we deliver the items. Please consider donating, so these items can be purchased for those in need this holiday season.

Thank you so much!
