Shelter Wall

I am raising money for a wall to be built between the no-kill shelter in Orland, California.  They are take care of unwanted animals with only  donations.  They desperately need a wall built.  Please donate what you can, as this is the only animal shelter in Orland.  Please share this on your Facebook pages, email it to friends, anything you can do to help.  They are trying to find a solution for the neighbors who are complaining about the noise of the animals.
