Support Sheherazaad Music's Upcoming Release

The upcoming release of my sophomore album "Qasr" has been a long-time-coming; it's been years of tedious labor, all through a Pandemic that drove so many artists into silences, so seemingly immovable. Out of this bizarre epoch bloomed "Qasr" (English: Fortress), a five-song album.

I am raising funds to support the album's completion, to compensate the brilliant instrumentalists, engineers, and countless music professionals who coaxed this music out of some sacred, sonic chasm for which i'll forever be in awe.

Additionally, I seek support to create official music videos that will continue to emerge the music via powerful, disruptive visuals.

"Qasr," true to its name, is sincerely my artist soul encapsulated in this *fortress* or castle of an album. A theatrical, story-driven project, Qasr pulls from several genres in a move towards genre-defiance, with performances from a myriad of award-winning musicians. The themes spoken about include the relationship between language & violence, The Aging Woman, institutionalized narcissism, and apocalypse, all enshrouded in an aura of fantastical, romantic dystopia.

Due to the radical nature of this work, it is my most major release till date, and i'm determined to present it to you soon with the rightful film accompaniment.
