Every year, women reach out to join our Women's Self-Discovery Retreat who desperately need time, space and support to take care of themselves, yet are financially unable to do so.
They (like all of us) realize they've been meeting everyone else's needs, and neglecting their own in the process. They yearn to strengthen their inner lives so they can come back home and take better care of those around them.
It's difficult to find the time and resources to pull away for a week for our own personal growth, reconnection and empowerment. Especially in a culture where everyone tells women to take care of everyone else first.
OUR GOAL is to create a scholarship for one woman, who would otherwise be unable to join, to come and experience the inner transformation of a lifetime.
In the spirit of giving this holiday season, please help us support another woman's dream.
Donors will receive video correspondence from the recipient on retreat, as well as warm fuzzies from helping another woman thrive.

FULL TUITION INCLUDES --
*8 days/7 nights luxury accommodations at the Bodhi Tree Resort, Nosara, Costa Rica
*Daily Rise & Shine yoga classes
*7 solid days of Heart Curriculum Workshops, with topics including but not limited to: contextualizing in a new culture, grounding, attachments, self-awareness, creativity + play, manifesting, transmuting, forgiveness, chakra balancing work, and other personal growth readings, activities and media.
*Guided meditation instruction to enable deeper self-awareness and healthy routines
*Ceremonies and rituals to create community and build meaningful relationships
*3 additional Pilates, yoga or cycle classes onsite
*3 nutritious meals per day for entire stay
*Heart Curriculum Workbook (includes all activities, readings, etc)
*A 1:1 Clarity Call with Brie
*Monthly Pre-Trip Newsletters
*Access to the Brie's Skillful Transitions program
