Shay's Makin' An Album

Shay grew up in a small suburban neighborhood outside of Philadelphia with a long, silly sounding name. There was never a day where she was without music, whether she was singing, playing piano, guitar, or saxophone. But she never thought of herself as a songwriter until she began listening to Bob Dylan and teaching herself to play guitar with his music. Inspired by both his musical simplicity and rich lyricism, she began to put her own musings to words and music. Drawing further inspiration from friends, family, life, and most importantly, her faith, she used songwriting as a way to tell important stories, reflect life lessons, plow through hard times and remind herself of the redemptive truth that good triumphs over evil.

"Love is" is my long awaited musical offering of stories of joy, discovery, and prevailing hope in the form of an ALBUM! It's time to stop wasting time and start making dreams come true you guys! Too many people have been nudging me so...here we go!
I'm reaching out for the help of all you folks who said I should do it. THIS IS OUR MOMENT!
